For many people Mount Everest is synonymous with the Himalayas. Nepalese call it Sagarmatha. Tibetans refer to Chomolungma. Everyone holds it in awe. Here in the east Nepal you encounter four of the World's five highest peaks, Mt. Everest, Kanchenjunga, Makalu and Lhotse. Our treks take you very close to all of them. Distinguishing features of the area include extensive undisturbed natural environments, extraordinary cultures, dramatic topography, and the opportunity to explore the true Asian wilderness. You will see Everest on all of the trips described below.
