Day 01 |
Fly from Kathmandu to Delhi. Arrival and transfer for the drive (approx 2 hours) into Rajasthan to the Neemrana Fort Palace. This magnificent Hotel is a 16th Century Fort beautifully restored with swimming pool and Ayurvedic Massage Centre. Drinks are served on one of the many terraces overlooking the vast plains of Rajasthan. Dinner is served on one of the many open-air terraces areas within the palace. |
Day 02 |
Morning drive to Jaipur. Upon arrival check in at the Hotel. Afternoon at leisure. |
Day 03 |
Full day in Jaipur with a morning visit to the Amer Fort. The ascent will be made by elephant. Rest of the day to sightsee including the Hawa Mahal the City Palace and the Observatory. Jaipur is famous for it's shopping: Textiles, hand woven carpets, antique silver and especially gemstones. Overnight stay at the hotel. |
Day 04 |
Morning drive to Agra visiting Fatehpur Sikri on the way. Overnight stay in Agra. |
Day 05 |
Morning sightseeing of Agra with the Taj Mahal. Red Fort and
Itimad-ud-daulah. Afternoon drive back to Delhi with either overnight
stay or night departure. |
