Named for the trail walked by the Prince of Wales, this trek is ideal for people with little time who want to see Nepalese village life and the mountains. We drive a half-hour from Pokhara to begin the trek along the ridgeline of the nearby hills, to Brahmin and Chhetri villages, the Gurung village of Syalung, and then the charming village of Chisopani. Though we do not gain very high altitude, many points on the trail offer clear views of Machhapuchhare (Fish Tail), Annapurna, Manaslu, Himalchuli and Lamjung.
